The 11 Most Hilarious Twitter Reactions to Sean Spicer's Resignation From the White House
Spicey, we hardly knew ye. On Friday, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer resigned from his position, according to the New York Times, because he opposed President Trump hiring Anthony Scaramucci as communications director.
In his six months in the position, Spicer became known for his fiery attacks on journalists, and eventually for scaling back on broadcasting press briefings on live television. But perhaps most of all, he became nearly synonymous with Melissa McCarthy's hilarious impression on Saturday Night Live. Hopefully SNL will give Spicey one last hurrah before he goes off into the sunset. But until then, check out Twitter's funniest reactions to the big political news.
