How to watch Conor McGregor vs Donald Cerrone fight on BT Sport Box Office
Conor McGregor returns to the UFC on Saturday night to fight Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone in the main event at UFC 246, with the Irishman set to feature inside the Octagon for the first time in 15 months.
Having last been seen in the UFC in his defeat against Khabib Nurmagomedov in October 2018, McGregor will hope to put an inactive 2019 behind him and start the year with a victory that, he hopes, will pave the way to a return to the top of the sport.
Cerrone will be no pushover though, with the American holding the highest number of wins of any UFC fighter in history with 23 career victories, and Saturday’s encounter will also see the 36-year-old become the most experienced fighter within the UFC as he surpasses Jim Miller’s existing record of 33 professional fights.
McGregor’s win record compared to fights is vastly superior to Cerrone’s though and the Irishman will go into the contest as the heavy favourite despite his absence, with just two defeats to his name in the losses against Nate Diaz and Khabib as well as his boxing loss to Floyd Mayweather.
Here’s everything you need to know about of the bout this weekend.
