Steelers reportedly refunding ticket sales to fans, points to no fans in 2020

It is still unclear exactly what the NFL regular season is going to look like. But it sounds as if there will be no fans in attendance when the Pittsburgh Steelers play at Heinz Field. Initially, the team had allowed a limited number of tickets to be sold, which would have allowed a limited number of fans to see games in person.

But according to some, money was refunded to fans on Tuesday, pointing to games being played in empty stadiums. This could only pertain to single-game tickets and not season ticket holders but we will wait for further confirmation from the team or the NFL. Major League Baseball and the NBA are playing their seasons currently in empty stadiums.
