NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon is being sued for sexual harassment, The Seattle Times and Washington Post report.

The report cites a lawsuit filed by a California woman who worked for Moon’s sports marketing firm accusing him of multiple offenses.

Wendy Haskall, a 32-year-old executive assistant who has traveled with Moon since being hired by his firm in July, accuses him of forcing her to sleep in his bed while wearing thong underwear on business trips, grabbing her crotch during a trip to Seattle and drugging her before taking off her bathing suit during an October trip to Mexico.

She said she was demoted by the firm in October after filing a complaint about Moon’s behavior.

Moon’s publicist did not respond to phone calls inquiring about the lawsuit, while Haskall declined to comment but agreed to go public with her name through her attorney, according to the report.

Moon, 61, had a prolific career as a football player, spending six years in the CFL before a 17-year stint in the NFL. He is best known for his time quarterbacking the high-scoring “run-and-shoot” era of the Houston Oilers from 1984-93. He also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs before retiring in 2000.

He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006.

This is not the first claim against Moon, who earned the NFL’s Walter Payton Man of the Year honors in 1989.

He was arrested in 1995 after his wife, Felicia, told police that he slapped and choked her in their Houston home. He was charged with assault and eventually acquitted by a jury after Felicia stood by him during the trial.

Earlier in the same year, a Vikings cheerleader accused him sexual harassment in a case that was settled out of court.

Moon is the co-founder and president of Sports 1 Marketing and works on the Seahawks broadcast team.
