Rams announce themes and giveaways for each day of training camp

The Los Angeles Rams report for training camp on July 25, with the first open practice to fans being on July 29. Before we know it, players will be competing on the field again in advance of the 2023 campaign.

On Thursday, the Rams announced some more news and info about training camp this year, including the themes of each practice and giveaways for fans who are in attendance. All of the seven open practices will include autograph sessions with Rams legends and cheerleaders, while kids will also get a chance to meet players after select practices, too.

Below are the themes and giveaways for each day of camp this year.
