Russian diver Nadezhda Bazhina is a six-time European Championship gold-medalist. She was part of the Russian squad that won gold at the 2016 European Aquatics Championships.
She also just scored a zero at the Olympics. For this (video above):
Bazhina’s zero doesn’t stand alone in Olympic infamy though. German diver Stephan Feck had a rough time at the 2012 Olympics in London:
