The NFL is no fairy-tale world. And the worst of the worst happens at the bottom of a pile.

We’ve all heard some stories about the bad things that happen at the bottom of the pile, with players scrambling for fumbles or whatnot. Yahoo’s Tony Siragusa played 12 seasons at defensive tackle in the NFL and admits anything goes at the bottom of those piles, but he did stick to one rule: Don’t grab anyone’s genitals.

“Not all the guys believed in the same things I did,” Siragusa said.

And that’s how Siragusa ended up in pain for a week. Yep. Ouch.
