Terrance West, RB, Baltimore Ravens, 28% owned

West was elevated to the starting role in Baltimore’s backfield last week, and he responded with the best single-game rushing performance of his career. He carried 21 times for 113 yards, delivering the Ravens’ first rushing score by a running back this season as well as the team’s first run of 20-plus yards. West is a powerful runner, well-suited to goal-line work, and he’s averaging 4.3 YPC on 54 attempts this season. Justin Forsett was a healthy scratch on Sunday, so he’s no threat. We’ll likely see rookie Kenneth Dixon reenter Baltimore’s backfield mix in Week 5, but he’s returning from a multi-game knee injury and doesn’t figure to have anything more than a cameo role in his first regular season appearances. For now, West is clearly his team’s featured runner. He’s your priority add, no question.

Wendell Smallwood, RB, Philadelphia Eagles, 12%

Smallwood impressed in a big way in Philly’s Week 3 win against Pittsburgh, carrying 17 times for 79 yards and a walk-in touchdown. The rookie has earned plenty of praise from Eagles coach Doug Pederson, and it seems clear he’ll have at least a rotational role moving forward. Ryan Mathews remains the presumptive lead back for Philadelphia, but he’s a player with a deep injury history, currently dealing with an ankle issue. Smallwood was exceptionally productive at the collegiate level for West Virginia last season (1519 rush, 6.4 YPC), and he certainly hasn’t been over-matched as a pro. Last year, Smallwood actually tied for the FBS lead in runs of 10-plus yards, matching the total delivered by Derrick Henry and Leonard Fournette. He’s a tough runner with big-play ability who definitely belongs in the flex discussion.

Carson Wentz, QB, Philadelphia Eagles, 36%

We’re three games into Wentz’s NFL career and still waiting for his first significant rookie mistake. He’s completed 64.7 percent of his attempts, hasn’t yet thrown an interception, and he’s tossed five touchdown passes to four different receivers. His passer rating is 103.8, and he saved his best performance (301 yards, 9.7 Y/A) for his toughest opponent (Pittsburgh). He’s been terrific when operating from the game script, and equally impressive when called upon to improvise. Over the next two weeks, Wentz will face a pair of the league’s most user-friendly pass defenses (Detroit and Washington), so no one should be surprised if the stats continue to pile up.

FAAB bid: $9

Robert Woods, WR, Buffalo Bills, 7%

Woods led Buffalo in targets (10), catches (7) and receiving yards (89) in the Bills’ Week 4 win over New England, and he’s likely to remain the team’s No. 1 receiver for the foreseeable future. Sammy Watkins has been placed on IR due to lingering foot issues, which leaves 6-9 targets per game up for grabs. Woods lacks Sammy’s rare game-changing ability, but he’s a reliable receiver with a 699-yard season on his resume. If he’s going to see double-digit target totals, he can produce useful fantasy numbers. Think of him as a high-floor/low-ceiling WR3.

Sammie Coates, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers, 17%

Coates hasn’t quite played to the level of his early preseason hype, but he’s reached at least 50 receiving yards in every game, and he’s coming off a 6-for-79 performance in Sunday’s home win against the Chiefs. Sammie’s hands don’t always function as well as a professional receiver’s should, but he’s still out-snapping Markus Wheaton and producing big gains. With Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell stressing defenses, Coates is basically guaranteed to face favorable coverage situations at all times. He’s already produced five catches of 40-plus yards, leading the league. Coates is a cheap way to get a share of an excellent offense. We’re heading into a tricky bye-week at the receiver position — no Baldwin, Maclin, Cooks, Snead, Robinson or Hurns — so Coates is definitely on the radar.

FAAB bid: $6

Hunter Henry, TE, San Diego Chargers, 30%

Antonio Gates has missed two games with a hamstring injury, and he’s no lock to return at Oakland in Week 5. Henry hasn’t been flawless during Gates’ absence, but he’s hauled in nine of 12 targets over the past two weeks, gaining 133 yards and finding the end-zone once. Assuming he sees another half-dozen targets against the Raiders, he’s a good bet to deliver another TD. Oakland’s defense has been among the most generous to the tight end position over the past three seasons. Last year, the Raiders allowed a league-high 12 touchdowns to TEs.

FAAB bid: $3

Green Bay Packers, 31%

Green Bay’s defense is coming off a bye, preparing to face Eli Manning and the Giants in a short week. The Packers dealt with multiple key injuries in Week 3, but nearly everyone is expected back for the matchup with New York, including Clay Matthews and Morgan Burnett. When healthy, this is a talented group that generally plays with a lead. It’s tough to believe Eli won’t cough up the football a time or two next Sunday.

Additional adds to consider: Quincy Enunwa, WR, New York Jets, 37%; Fozzy Whittaker, RB, Carolina Panthers, 24%; DeAndre Washington, RB, Oakland Raiders, 13%; Eddie Royal, WR, Chicago Bears, 12%; Buffalo Bills, DEF, 43%
