MATT GOTHARD: Welcome back to "Mad Bets," everybody. It's Thanksgiving week and we have a special offer for you. Bet $1 on any Thanksgiving game and win $1 for every point scored. That's available at BetMGM.com/yahoo.

We got our first game up and it's the Houston Texans minus 2 on the road against the Detroit Lions. Frank Schwab is here to help us try to make some money on this holiday. Frank, who do you like in this match-up?

FRANK SCHWAB: I like, if you're going to have to skip one of the games, to skip this one. This is an awful football game between two bad teams. But it's Thanksgiving, it's the Lions. We're going to have some action on it, aren't we?

I just don't see how the Lions really compete. We saw that on Sunday against Carolina. They got shut out. They looked bad. Matthew Stafford's banged up. They have injuries all across the offense.

Meanwhile, this Houston team at least brings Deshaun Watson to the table. He could provide us some entertainment. I can see them hitting a few huge plays against Matt Patricia's defense.

I don't really always love taking a road favorite. I just don't think the Lions have a lot of heart left. I think that this is a Texans game all the way.

MATT GOTHARD: All right, Quay, what are you thinking?

JARED QUAY: Yeah, I'm loving the Texans here. Deshaun Watson's actually been playing a lot better. They've been showing a lot more promise on the offense. Will Fuller's been having a great year. And that on top of the fact that Matt Stafford's banged up and the Lions' secondary is kind of weak right now, I just feel like the Texans are moving to a place where they're just not going to give the Dolphins a great draft pick.

MATT GOTHARD: Yeah, I like the Texans in this one, too. But my gut is saying take the Lions. But I cannot tell people to take the Lions and expect to have my job come next week. So I'd like the over in this one, over 50 and 1/2. These are two really bad defenses. Now, I'm just hoping for a lot of points if I don't sleep in in the morning. So I'm going over 50 and 1/2 for this first game.

Next up, we got the Washington Football Team traveling to Dallas. Dallas, even though they got destroyed by Washington earlier in this year, are 3-point favorites at home. Frank, do you like America's Team in this one?

FRANK SCHWAB: No, I'm on Washington here. I kind of was on the bandwagon of Washington winning the East a few weeks ago. And I can't give them up now. They're right in the mix. I think that they do pretty much everything well, at least better than the Cowboys.

Alex Smith is a good enough quarterback. I think Gibson and McLaurin very good skill position guys. Rivera is the best coach in this division.

I just don't like the Cowboys, anything I've seen from them this year. I know they got off the schneid a little bit winning at Minnesota. And maybe Andy Dalton settles things down a little bit. But let's not forget, that's terrible defense. The offensive line is going to get ravaged by that Washington pass rush.

I do like Washington here to win straight up. And give me the 3 points for sure. I think this is going to be a close game either way. But I do like Washington here.

MATT GOTHARD: Yeah, beating Minnesota can only mean so much for the Cowboys. Jared, I know you love Cowboys. So I'm assuming you're picking Dallas.

JARED QUAY: It's time for Jared Quay to lose more money betting the Cowboys. I'm staying on his train here. I think Ezekiel Elliott's back eating. They still have a chance to win this division. Obviously, Andy Dalton's a serviceable quarterback here. And the defense is finally getting healthy. They've been making some plays.

I still think the Washington Football Team is still mediocre to me. I think if you can get pressure on Alex Smith, God bless him. He's a good quarterback. But he's not going to want to sit in that pocket too long. He's going to go down quickly. And with that being the case, give me Ezekiel Elliott for four touchdowns and the Cowboys win.

MATT GOTHARD: Washington might be a mediocre team, but you can't even call the Dallas defense mediocre. They're horrible. And when you match up them against Washington's defense, that really is the part where I lean on Washington here. Plus 3-2. I like it. Dallas lets me down every single Thanksgiving. And I am stopping that trend. They're either going to win and I'm going to lose or I'm not going to put any money on them and lose.

All right, last game on the list. There's been a lot of news around this one this week. But we got the Ravens going to Pittsburgh. Ravens plus 4 and 1/2 on the road. Frank, what do you think for this one?

FRANK SCHWAB: You know, it's-- insanity is doing things over and over and expecting a different result. I'm going to-- let's keep with the Ravens here. Give me those points. I'm not willing to give up on this team yet. I look at this team. Yeah, they're in a two-game slump. Their offense really hasn't shown up. Marquise Brown might not even be in the NFL anymore. We don't know. Where has he gone? I have no idea.

Look, this is still a team that at one point this season was 6 and 2. Five of those wins came by 14 or more points. They did outplay the Steelers in Baltimore. I know the Steelers won, but that was because of a lot of turnovers. The Ravens doubled them up in yards. This Ravens team can compete with Pittsburgh. As long as their will isn't broken, I think they can go in and at very least cover the 4 points, maybe even get a straight up win.

MATT GOTHARD: And that means a lot coming from a man who has a Steelers Super Bowl ticket in his pocket. So [INAUDIBLE].

FRANK SCHWAB: 30 to 1, baby. Keep riding that train.

MATT GOTHARD: [LAUGHS] Jared, we already know where you're going to be going with this, but I'll let you--

JARED QUAY: I still want to say it.

MATT GOTHARD: --I'll let you say it.

JARED QUAY: I still want to say it. Bet the Ravens' moneyline, all right? The Ravens are a football team that is not going to lose three games straight. It's just not going to happen. They're on the cusp of not making the playoffs. That's not what the NFL needs. The Ravens are going out there and they'll play smashmouth football. With Gus Edwards. Gus Edwards from the U, baby. We're going to the Steelers' space. The Steelers should have lost the last game. There's no way Steelers go undefeated.

And guess who's coming back this week? Gothard, ask me who's coming back this week.

MATT GOTHARD: Who's coming back?

JARED QUAY: My brother Calais. I don't know if it's out there right now, but I'm going to break news right now. He told me he's playing this week. And I can tell you right now, he ain't letting no Conner score, he's going to sack Big Ben, and the Ravens are going to get this W. You want me to call them for you on the show? You want me to call them?

MATT GOTHARD: No, no, that's all right. I think you've called--

JARED QUAY: All right.

MATT GOTHARD: --quite a bit already.

JARED QUAY: Ravens, moneyline, book it. I've been doing well. If you've been following me, you know I'm doing well. Take the Ravens moneyline.

MATT GOTHARD: I like the Ravens, too. But the overwhelming confidence from this panel now is making me feel like our producer Kent Brown, who's a big Steelers fan, is going to be happy come Thursday night. Seems to be how it goes.

But I'll take the Ravens plus 4 and 1/2 in this. I like the moneyline. Seems like there's a lot of value on a team that did out-gain the Steelers in their last game.

Make sure you check out our offer, guys. Again, like I said, bet $1, win $1 for every point scored on Thanksgiving. There's probably not a more fun bet out there.

Frank, thank you so much for stopping by. Happy Thanksgiving, guys.

JARED QUAY: Yes, sir.
