Draft analyst discusses, applauds Miami Dolphins’ late-round picks
It has been a while since the Miami Dolphins selected a player with Andrew Van Ginkel’s talent level on the third day of an NFL Draft.
In fact, the Miami Dolphins have had disastrous late-round selections since taking Van Ginkel in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, and the annual waste of resources has contributed to the roster’s depth issues the past few seasons.
But this year many draft analysts claim the Dolphins had one of the best late-round classes because of the haul that produced Tennessee tailback Jaylen Wright in the fourth round, Colorado State pass rusher Mohamed Kamara in the fifth round, safety Patrick McMorris in the sixth and receivers Malik and Tahj Washington.
