For his 17-year Major League Baseball career, Reggie Sanders was the epitome of consistent — and good. But now the home-run hitting, base-stealing retiree is making more moves in real estate, listing his Myrtle Beach condo for sale.
The South Carolina native is looking to sell his 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit at 122 Vista Del Mar Ln, Unit 2-102, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 for $1.3 million. Sanders’ home is all about beach access, with a huge terrace that makes this unit one of the most desirable in the Grand Strand real estate market.
The unit features a master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub. With a non-rental stipulation, Sanders’ condo was decked out with all the amenities of a high-end home, in addition to the gym, pool and other perks of living in one of Myrtle Beach’s premier condo complexes.
This is the second real estate sale Sanders is seeking this year. In March, he sold his Scottsdale, AZ home for $2.05 million. Sanders lived there with his family even after he left the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2002 because he said the local schools were great for his kids.
The 7,900-square-foot home at 7647 E Poinsettia Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and had been on the market for three years. It was originally listed for $3.4 million but saw several price drops over the years.
