Stunning [stuhn-ing]
1. capable of causing astonishment, bewilderment, or a loss of consciousness: "a stunning blow"
2. strikingly impressive in beauty or excellence: "a stunning work of art"
3. whatever, just use it, maybe the person reading this listing won't know what it means either: "a stunning home"

In most real estate listings, the phrase "stunning home" can be directly translated to "home," as "stunning" is just one of the many words listed in The Broker Handbook in the chapter titled: Words to Use When You Can't Think of Any Appropriate Words. It is found in between "sparkling" and "striking."
