Just as quietly as he began dating his co-star Courteney Cox, Brian Van Holt sold his bachelor pad apartment.

The “Cougar Town” actor dumped the live/work loft for $925,000, making a tidy profit on the sale; Van Holt bought the Venice apartment for $726,500 in 2004.

The corner unit at 1113 Electric Ave Apt 16, Venice, CA 90291 is just a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath, but large windows and an open floor plan make the most of the 1,096 square feet. The entire loft has an industrial feel, with smooth concrete floors and a floating staircase of wood and wrought-iron. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances.

Located several blocks from the water, the rooftop deck doesn’t have ocean views but does capture the 360-degree expanse of the city.

Van Holt currently stars as Bobby Cobb on “Cougar Town” and previously had bit roles on “CSI,” “Entourage” and “Burn Notice.”
