People are applying Snapchat filters to the GOP candidates and it’s terrifying

It seems Snapchat’s new selfie filters arrived just in time for Wednesday night’s Republican debate.

Just a few minutes into the debate, some online heroes began filming their televisions with the recently updated app, applying some of its twee and horrifying facial filters to candidates. They then posted the results on Vine, the go-to instant replay of the Internet.

The result will most definitely give you nightmares.
