Hello from Austin, Texas! I’m holed up in the Palmer Events Center awaiting the arrival of President Obama. As the first president in history to attend SXSW, he plans to “participate in a conversation about civic engagement in the 21st century and how we can use technology to tackle our toughest challenges,” according to the White House.
