Two weeks ago, Zendaya and Tom Holland finally, graciously addressed the ongoing rumors about their relationship status. But the Spider-Man: No Way Home costars have continued to lie low since then, and — quite characteristically — even refrained from engaging in any public displays of affection while attending an event in Paris last night.

Zendaya and Tom were both present during the red carpet procession at yesterday's Ballon d'Or, an annual award ceremony hosted by France Football, a French magazine, that celebrates athletic achievements within the sport.

Before moving on, let's each take a moment to pause and admire Zendaya's latest spectacular look. The Euphoria actor and recent CFDA Fashion Icon winner wore a backless gown designed by Roberto Cavalli, which, as you can see, needs no other introduction.

Tom was there too. And while the official Twitter account belonging to Ballon d'Or shared a single video of his and Zendaya's respective red carpet arrivals, neither half of our new (-ish) favorite couple interacted with the other during the evening's photo call.

That shouldn't surprise us too much, since Zendaya and Tom almost never appear in pictures together and are generally keen on staying under the radar when it comes to details about their personal lives.

That said, I'd like to quickly turn our attention to these sweet snapshots of the pair posing together in their Ballon d'Or ceremony attire. The photos surfaced on Twitter last night and were later reposted by Pop Crave.

Months after paparazzi images of Zendaya and Tom kissing in a car in Los Angeles nearly broke the internet, the two acknowledged their relationship and shared another bid for privacy in separate interviews with GQ for its December/January cover story.
