As we head into March, Yahoo is reimagining its logo in celebration of Women’s History Month.

Yahoo tapped Irish illustrator Laura Callaghan to create a design that would capture the strength and accomplishments of females across the globe.

“It's a chance to reflect on all that has come before and how far there is to go.”

Using the theme of “Impact to Inspo”, Callaghan looked for ways to communicate the importance of collaboration and momentum.

“I wanted the dominos to convey how sharing ideas and knowledge has a knock on effect and the symbiotic relationship sharing ideas and resources can create.”

Callaghan, who is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, uses watercolor, gouache and pen to create bright and detailed works.

“I wanted the artwork to feel bright, positive and engaging so I hope it draws a smile!”
