A 43-year-old Florida woman has been instructed to never return to a popular Palm Beach resort after she allegedly attempted to charge drinks to a fake room number.

On Monday, Laurie Ann Caluwaert, a Fort Lauderdale real estate agent, spent "hours" drinking by the pool of The Breakers, the Palm Beach Post reports. When an employee asked Caluwaert for her room number, in order to charge the drinks, she was unable to provide one. She also told the waitress that she had no identification on her. The waitress claims she saw the woman's ID in her purse.

According to Breakers' employees, this is not the first time that Caluwaert pretended to be a guest of the hotel in order to use the resort's private pool.

Eventually, Caluwaert did provide the employee with a hotel room key; however, the key was three years old.

Security escorted Caluwaert out of the pool area and then called the Palm Beach Police Department.

Officers arrived at the scene at 3:00 p.m. and according to the police report, found Caluwaert near the parking lot of the hotel. Responding officers said she was "heavily intoxicated" and had "slurred speech, glassy bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol emanating from her face." Responding officers "verified with the bartender that Caluwaert paid for her bill," the police report provided to Yahoo Lifestyle states.

According to the police report, Caluwaert was issued a no-trespass warning and also instructed to not return to The Breakers.

A representative of The Breakers informed Yahoo Lifestyle that the incident is currently under investigation.

Palm Beach Police Department did not immediately respond to Yahoo Lifestyle’s requests for comment.
