Wisconsin lands a commitment from 2023 three-star RB Nate White
Paul Chryst and company are red hot on the recruiting trail, securing their sixth commitment in the 2023 recruiting class from running back Nate White out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
White, the only in-state player with a scholarship offer in 2023, committed to Wisconsin over offers from Iowa State, Kansas, Minnesota, Purdue, Vanderbilt, Northern Illinois, and Western Michigan.
Per the 247sports Composite, White is the No. 670 overall prospect in the 2023 recruiting class, the No. 48 RB in the country, and the No. 1 player in the state of Wisconsin.
As a junior, the 6-foot, 175-pound RB ran for 1,163 yards and 22 touchdowns while adding an additional 132 yards receiving in just nine games. You can watch his highlights here.
On tape, the things that stand out are White’s speed (4.5 40-yard dash), his agility, and overall elusiveness. The three-star recruit has the makings of a one-cut back who can quickly change direction and be a big play threat for the Badgers.
