'Insect Safari' and 'Spider Verse'

"Insect Safari" will be presented from 7 to 8 p.m. and will cover basic information. Observe insects around the preserve and find out what makes an insect an insect, and more. "Spider Verse" from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. will discuss why spiders often get a bad rap, and how they are superheroes. Following the program, everyone will go out with flashlights onto the preserve in search of them. Bring insect field guides and apps on your phone.
