West Coast Storm System Brings Heavy Rains to California's Wine Country

An “atmospheric river” carrying massive quantities of moisture from the Pacific dumped several inches of rain on parts of California’s Wine Country on Sunday, October 24.

The National Weather Service issued a series of flood warnings for parts of the Bay Area on Sunday as the severe weather hit.
