Who should be this week’s Midlands high school football player of the week?

It is time to vote for The State Midlands High School Football Player of the Week for games played Oct. 21-22. Voting ends at noon Thursday, and you can vote as many times you like. The winner will be announced on Lou Bezjak’s Twitter page on Thursday.

The nominees are listed below. Please note that these polls are not scientific and are meant to be just for fun.:

Adonis McDaniel, WR, AC Flora: In the 53-17 win over Lugoff-Elgin, McDaniel caught six passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns.

Anthony McCullough, WR, Blythewood: In a 45-28 loss to Spring Valley, McCullough had five catches for 289 yards and three touchdowns.

Cam Brown, QB, Westwood: In the 42-37 win over Irmo, Brown was 13-of-25 passing for 235 yards and three touchdowns. He also carried it 14 times for 133 yards and a TD.

Chase Smith WR, Ridge View: In a 27-6 win over Rock Hill, Smith caught 10 passes for 110 yards and a TD.

Dawan Rice RB, C.A. Johnson: In 38-7 win over Lewisville, Rice carried it 10 times for 121 yards and two touchdowns. He also had three catches for 75 yards and a TD.

DQ Smith, QB. Spring Valley: In the 45-28 win over Blythewood, Smith was 14-of-27 passing for 192 yards, three touchdowns and also carried it 11 times for 53 yards.

Dylan Richardson QB/DB, Hammond: In a 55-0 win over Cardinal Newman, Richardson was 7-of-8 passing for 127 yards and three touchdowns. He also carried it six times for 40 yards and a TD and was 7-of-7 on extra points.

Jackson Caulder, LB, Gilbert: In the 21-7 win over Strom Thurmond, Caulder had eight tackles, a sack, tackle for loss, interception and fumble recovery.

Jarvis Green, RB, Dutch Fork: In a 49-3 win over Lexington, Green had 13 carries for 133 yards, four touchdowns and caught two passes for 51 yards and a TD.

Jayden Bradford, QB, Chapin: In the 47-21 win over River Bluff, Bradford was 17-of-24 passing for 305 yards and five touchdowns.

KJ Robinson, RB, Newberry: In 20-14 win over Batesburg-Leesville, Robinson ran it 21 times for 168 yards and two touchdowns.

Peyton Whitten, QB, Pelion: In a 39-34 win over Barnwell, Whitten was 13-of-25 passing for 231 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran it 22 times for 114 yards and two touchdowns.

Rondarius Porter, RB/DL, Heathwood Hall: In a 34-20 win over Wilson Hall, Porter carried it 22 times for 213 yards and three touchdowns.

Skylar King, WR, Brookland Cayce: In 44-0 win over Swansea, King caught two touchdown passes, threw a TD pass and also ran a kickoff back 90 yards for a touchdown.
