According to an ESPN report, the University of Louisville has hired native son Jeff Brohm from Purdue to be the program’s next head football coach. ESPN's Chris Low reported the contract will be for six years and around $35 million. If accurate, that would immediately put Brohm among the highest-paid coaches in the ACC.

Officials are expected to host a news conference after a special meeting of the university's Board of Trustees at 4 p.m. Thursday. You can watch a livestream of the announcement here.
