Penn State may have come up shy in overtime in their matchup with LSU on Friday night in the Emerald Coast Classic, but there will be a quick turnaround for the Nittany Lions. Penn State will take on Oregon State in the consolation game of the Emerald Coast Classic in Niceville, Florida.
Penn State is still looking for its first win away from home early on this season. Penn State lost in a blowout at UMass in their second game of the season and lost to LSU Friday night despite forcing the game with the Tigers to overtime in a back-and-forth game.
Oregon State also played a game that went into overtime on Friday night. Given that both teams are coming off overtime losses on Friday night, there could be some tired legs on the court for this one.
