The matchup appears epic on paper, given that this ‘Dawgs team is among the best the school has ever fielded, and while ‘Bama seems a bit off this year, it is still Alabama. A win for the Bulldogs keeps them undefeated and perched atop the polls while a victory for the Tide would flip things around, setting the stage for a wild College Football Playoff selection process.
