Wait till you see what Bret Michaels wants you to do for $10,000

Move over Ice Bucket Challenge, The Hot Rocks Challenge might be the next big thing on newsfeeds everywhere. Rock star Bret Michaels is giving fans the chance to win a $10,000 donation to the charity of their choice — but they’re going to have to show off their dance moves first. Michaels is encouraging movers and groovers to upload short videos of themselves showing off their most eye-catching moves with the hashtag #hotrockschallenge. Even pets are invited to join in on the fun.

Michaels, a lifelong diabetic and founder of the Life Rocks Foundation, decided it was time to let a lucky fan give back to an organization that’s important to them. The move comes right before the release of his latest single and video, “Unbroken.” The song was was a real family affair, co-written and recorded with his youngest daughter, Jorja Bleu.

If your moves aren’t exactly worthy of the grand prize, Michaels is also giving away a 2-day VIP getaway to see him live in concert. “You are hereby challenged to let your freak feet fly,” he told fans.
