That gives us more options besides hockey for a winter Athlete of the Week poll. All signs indicate it will be another strong winter for Livingston County teams in both sports.

Voting is open until 3 p.m. Wednesday. Vote early, vote often.

If you care about high school sports, this is a great time to get on board, as winter is the busiest of the three seasons in Livingston County.
