It is time again to vote for the Community Credit Union Florida Athlete of the Week at 321preps.com and floridatoday.com.

The following athletes were nominated for their performances from Jan. 10-15. You will find the ballot at the bottom of the page. Be sure to refresh if the poll isn't visible upon first loading. Voting will be open until noon Friday.

Coaches and athletic directors are invited to nominate athletes each week. Email the athlete's accomplishments for the previous Monday through Saturday to bmccallum@floridatoday.com by 10 a.m. each Monday.

Here are this week's nominees:

Shaun Armstrong, Eau Gallie basketball

Armstrong scored 20 points in a Monday win over West Shore and 11 points on Wednesday at Melbourne.

Ethan Castes, Space Coast soccer

Castes scored four goals in three games last week, including the game-winner in a district match against Melbourne Central Catholic.

Bree Ehmer, West Shore soccer

Ehmer scored five goals and assisted on two last week, including four goals and two assists against Rockledge.

Diego Fernandez-Torres, Satellite basketball

Fernandez-Torres scored 25 points on Monday in a win at Melbourne, 18 against Bayside on Wednesday and 21 on Friday versus Titusville.

Nate King, Melbourne basketball

King scored 45 points in three games last week: 17 in a Friday win over Raines, 15 on Wednesday at Eau Gallie and 13 versus Satellite on Monday.

Nicholaus Lesch, Merritt Island wrestling

Lesch won two matches by pin on Thursday to help the team advance past Okeechobee and Heritage to the state dual tournament. He had pins in 0:53 and 1:15.

Summer Snaith, Merritt Island Christian basketball

Snaith recorded nine points, eight steals and grabbed 19 rebounds on Monday in a win over Cocoa Beach, followed by 21 rebounds, eight points versus City of Life Christian on Friday.

Malic Osei-Tutu, Palm Bay basketball

Osei-Tutu scored 27 points in a Wednesday win over Heritage. He made seven 3-pointers for the Pirates in the game.
