Video of Grinch scaring children during holiday photo shoot goes viral

Two New Jersey children have gone viral following their priceless reaction to a surprise appearance by the Grinch.

Last Tuesday, Ashley Bohl, a freelance makeup artist who lives in Washington Township, shared a video of her two children posing for a photo shoot in front of a field of Christmas trees. Unbeknownst to the two, a person dressed up as the Grinch sneaks up on them.

When one of the children finally turns around and notices the costumed person, he screams and runs away. His sister quickly follows suit, as the siblings' reactions are captured in slow motion.

"My kids couldn't wait to meet the grinch this weekend!" Bohl wrote in the caption. "I'd say it went well."

As of Monday afternoon, Bohl's video has received over 42,000 views and more than 1,000 comments.

"HILARIOUS!!" one person wrote in response. "I so totally do this to my kids!!"

"Hilarious!" another similarly wrote. "My kids aren't young enough for this anymore but I wish they were! HAHAHA."

Fortunately, it seems as if the two children got over their fear of the Grinch. On Thursday, Bohl followed up with a photo of her children sharing a seat with the mischievous character.
