USA TODAY Sports Network 2021 All-SEC football team: Alabama and Georgia lead the way
Alabama and Georgia combined to take 10 spots on the 2021 All-SEC football team as selected by the USA TODAY Network’s team that covers the league. The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs each placed five players on the team.
Georgia's Kirby Smart was voted Coach of the Year. Alabama linebacker Will Anderson Jr. earned Player of the Year honors, while teammate Jameson Williams was voted Newcomer of the Year.

Preseason team: Here is the 2021 Preseason USA TODAY Network All-SEC football team, with projected order of finish
Anderson, Williams, Missouri running back Tyler Badie, Kentucky offensive lineman Darian Kinnard and Georgia defensive lineman Jordan Davis were unanimous selections.
Thirteen of the league's 14 schools placed at least one player on the team. Vanderbilt did not have a player selected.
