UMMC, Jobs for Jacksonians to host job fair with more than 70 positions available

The University of Mississippi Medical Center and the Jobs for Jacksonians program are hosting a job fair Dec. 9 offering more than 70 full-time and part-time positions.

The job fair will be at the Tougaloo Community Center, 318 Vine St., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a City of Jackson news release.

People looking to apply do not need experience, because training will be available for the positions positions, the news release said. Recruiters will be hiring for several positions including housekeepers, floor technicians and patient transporters. Pay starts at $10 and full benefit packages are offered.
