Blue Delta Jeans takes 16 measurements to draft a personal pattern and ensure perfectly fitting jeans. All pairs of jeans are handmade in Mississippi. Blue Delta’s expert team of tailors and seamstresses craft the bespoke jeans in Blue Delta’s Tupelo factory, a process that takes four to six weeks from fitting to delivery. Customers have the option of 50 different fabrics and 18 thread colors to create their own unique jean design, resulting in more than 400,000 possible combinations.
