Two dead, two in critical condition in fatal Beverly Parkway crash

A 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, both of Pensacola, are dead and two more are in critical condition after a single-vehicle crash early Friday morning on Beverly Parkway in Escambia County.

A Nissan Infiniti was traveling westbound on Beverly Parkway approaching Cary Memorial Drive when it crossed over into the eastbound lanes at 2:59 a.m. Friday, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.

The vehicle continued to the left shoulder of the roadway, where it collided with two buildings, coming to a final rest on its right side, inside the second building.

One person was pronounced deceased on the scene, and three others were transported to Ascension Sacred Heart as a trauma alert, where the second person was pronounced deceased. A 27-year-old man and another man whose age is unknown at this time, both also of Pensacola, were left in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing to determine who the driver was.
