Kelly Osbourne was left feeling awkward after Skin from Skunk Anansie was unveiled as Duck on The Masked Singer.

The 52-year-old Britpop star wowed the judges with her rendition of Celine Dion’s My Heart Will Go On on the ITV singing show, but received the fewest number of votes from the studio audience and was forced to unmask herself immediately as part of a double eviction.

Skin, real name Deborah Dyer, shouted at Osbourne: “Kelly! I toured with you!”

The 35-year-old TV presenter - who had a pop career between 2002 and 2005 - exclaimed: “I can’t believe I didn’t get that. My mind is blown!”

Skin said hello to judges Sharon Osbourne and Davina McCall and host Joel Dommett exclaimed: “You all know each other.”

The Osbournes had guessed that celebrity behind Duck might be socialite Poppy Delevingne.

The second celebrity to be unmasked on Saturday night’s show – which sees celebrities attempt to hide their identity as they sing in front of the judging panel and a live audience – was Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears.

Fox, Duck and Unicorn all landed in the bottom three of the audience vote and after Duck was unmasked the judges - including Rita Ora, Davina McCall and Jonathan Ross - chose to save Fox.

Asked why he had taken part in the show Shears, 41, said: “It was just right up my alley, It was a no brainer for me. I’ve had so much fun.”

The Osbourne mother and daughter duo guessed Unicorn’s identity after he gave away a clue that Ozzy Osbourne had seen him naked.

Kelly said: “Without question it’s Jake Shears. I can’t even think of anyone else who’s been naked in front of my dad.”

Shears revealed he pole danced naked at Sir Elton John’s stag party, at which Ozzy was a guest.

The 41-year-old I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ singer admitted he was devastated to have been eliminated from the show.

He said: “I’m SO sad! Literally not getting out of bed for days. I was so excited about the next episode, I am actually devastated that this was my last performance. I really had some of the most fun I’ve ever had and just wanted to keep playing. I'll never forget it though, I had the time of my life.”

But he admitted performing with the giant Unicorn costume on had been very hard.

Shears said: “If I had known six months before I was going to be doing this, I would have been training my butt off. Physically, I found it really difficult, it felt like trying to perform inside of a diving bell suit on the bottom of the ocean. You can't really see, or hear, or touch anything because you’re totally covered. It was the hardest performing I’ve ever done.”

Meanwhile Skin admitted being hidden inside Duck had felt freeing and she had enjoyed showing off her fun side.

The rocker said: “It was really fun jumping into a completely different character and using it to portray a sillier side of myself that the public rarely get to see, but it was quite difficult to sing in so that held me back a little.”

So far the show has seen EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer, former Home Secretary Alan Johnson, former England footballer Teddy Sheringham and singer Kelis revealed as the secret celebrities hiding inside Butterfly, Pharaoh, Tree and Daisy.

The Masked Singer continues weekly on ITV on Saturday nights.
