The incident occurred as Trump appeared on stage with conservative talk show host Bill O'Reilly during an appearance in Dallas, Texas.
O'Reilly asked Trump if he had received the booster and Trump responded yes.
Jeers erupted off-camera and Trump tried to wave them off, characterizing the hecklers as "a very tiny group."
But he was cheered by the crowd after saying no one should be forced to get the booster and adding, "No mandates."
