Holtville's Todd Wilson pitched a complete-game five-hitter in a 3-2 win over Russellvile in Game 2 of the Class 5A championship series.

Holtville's Sam Silas drove in the game-tying run and scored the go-ahead run in the fifth inning. Wilson also had an RBI single.

Wednesday

Holtville's Tanner Potts gave up five hits, no earned runs and struck out six in six innings in a 2-0 loss to Russellville in Game 1 in the Class 5A championship series.

Tuesday

Trinity's D.M. Lieux went 2-for-3 with three RBIs in a 6-5 win over Piedmont in Game 2 of the Class 3A championship series.

Trinity's Brady Rascoll drove in a pair of runs. Grayson Ashe worked 1⅔ innings for the save.

Trinity's Coleman Stanley pitched a complete-game three-hitter, striking out five, walking none and needing just 73 pitches, in a 3-1 win over Piedmont in the clinching game of the series.

Trinity's Ben Easterling and Mac McClinton each drove in runs in the title game. Grayson Ashe doubled and drew two walks.

Monday

Trinity's Ben Easterling went 2-for-3 and gave up five hits and two earned runs in six innings in a 4-2 loss to Piedmont in Game 1 of the Class 3A championship series.

Trinity's Simmons Byrd went 2-for-3 and drew a walk. Christopher Bryan and Jordan Jenkins each had RBI singles.

Wednesday

Brewbaker Tech's Taniyah Brown struck out 16 in 10⅔ innings in a 4-3 loss to Satsuma in the Class 5A state tournament. She also drove in a run.

Brewbaker Tech's Khamiyah Brown went 2-for-5 with a triple and an RBI. Airele Anderson went 2-for-5 with a double.

Brewbaker Tech's Grace Hunter, Jaquayla Jarrett and Khamiyah Brown each had two hits and an RBI against Rehobeth.

Prattville's Kylie Jarman went 3-for-3 with a stolen base in a 6-2 loss to Central-Phenix City in the Class 7A state tournament.

Prattville's Kaylee Robles went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a triple in a 10-2 loss to Spain Park in the Class 7A state tournament.

Prattville Christian's Jersee Carter went 3-for-4 with an RBI in a 5-3 win over Piedmont in the Class 3A state tournament. Sarah Williams doubled and drove in three runs.
