India Festival Tampa Bay: The 33rd annual festival celebrating Indian arts and dance includes showcases, competitions, exhibits and food vendors. St. Pete Reads!: Lit Fest: The inaugural outdoor festival in the Legacy Gardens features story time, workshops, poetry, art activities, panel discussions, live music and book signings with established and emerging #kidlit writers.
