Tom Cruise’s 320-acre Telluride, Colorado ranch-style estate, has sold for its full asking price of $39.5 million, just two months after putting it on the market. Listing agent Eric Lavey of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, who worked with Dan Dockray on the deal, tells the Wall Street Journal that the property was actually under contract within the first week of hitting the market.

Cruise spent many years building the secluded estate surrounded by the mountains of Colorado, completing much of his work on the home back in 1994, according to a report by Sotheby's from 2014. But according to agents Lavey and Dockray, this wasn't Cruise's first attempt at selling the property. The two tell WSJ that Cruise was in the process of selling several years ago for an anticipated $59 million. However, the listing never made it to the public, “I’m not sure [Cruise] was ready to sell it yet,” Lavey told WSJ.

The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom, log cabin-style home is nestled in the beauty of nature. In addition to its gorgeous backdrop, it boasts numerous amenities, including a three-room guest lounge with an amazing view of snow-capped mountains and the beautiful outside greenery. Privacy is a key element in the design of this estate, which is why the property can only be accessed via a 1-mile driveway from a gated entry.

The listing also reports that the home has two fireplaces, a fitness center, a terrace, and a three-car garage. Despite the home being secluded, it's still only a 12-minute drive from downtown Tellurideknown well for its ski resorts and golf courses. See the listing here.
