NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans may get left guard Rodger Saffold back for their AFC South showdown Sunday in Indianapolis.

Saffold missed last week's win over Baltimore with an injured ankle. He was limited this week in practice, and the Titans listed him as questionable. Center Ben Jones also is questionable with a knee problem and was limited, but he played against the Ravens.

The Titans (7-3) will be without wide receiver Adam Humphries for a fourth game as he remains in the concussion protocol. Tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee) and cornerback Adoree Jackson also are out.

Right tackle Dennis Kelly practiced fully Friday for the first time this week with an injured knee. Defensive lineman Larrell Murchison (rib), tight end Jonnu Smith (ankle) and safety Kenny Vaccaro, who is working his way through the concussion protocol, all practiced fully.

Three-time Pro Bowl punter Brett Kern also practiced Friday. He remains on injured reserve but is expected to be activated to the roster in time to play against the Colts. The Titans do have Trevor Daniel back on the practice squad if Kern isn’t cleared.

"Hopefully he can get back to the level that he was running at before," coach Mike Vrabel said. “You know how we feel about Brett (Kern). He’s one of our better players. He can help us win.”
