ANDY BEHRENS: The essential burning question for the Tennessee Titans is whether AJ Brown can do it again. As a rookie, over a thousand yards, eight touchdowns, fantastic finish to his season. You've got to say, you look at what he did with Ryan Tannehill at quarterback over 10 games. It was 778 receiving yards, six touchdowns. If you extend that over a full year, it's about 1,250 yards and 10 TDs. That's the kind of upside we're looking at. In fact, that's the kind of performance we'll get if he doesn't even get any better.

I think it's reasonable to expect a hundred targets from Brown in his second season. A small increase in volume could mean just a ton in terms of fantasy value. This is a great player, an explosive playmaker. You're going to want to draft him probably as a low-end wide receiver one, high-end wide receiver two. That's going to take a third round, maybe an early third, maybe a mid-third draft pick. If you're not willing to take him there, you're not going to get him.
