TikTokers are freaking out over this abandoned town full of 'creepy' statues

TikTok users are freaking out over the “Rhyolite ghost town statues”. The strange, ghostlike figures located in the abandoned town of Rhyolite, Nevada, are sparking plenty of curiosity on the app. This new, bizarre discovery comes courtesy of TikTok user Jason Cline (@jason_cline). In his clip, the TikToker showed his followers various Google Earth views of the abandoned town, seemingly filled with cloak-wearing statues. Many TikTok users were freaked out and confused, but in reality, Cline's video actually depicts an art installation. As Insider reported, the figures are all part of the Goldwell Open Air Museum. However, Rhyolite is a legitimate ghost town. According to the National Park Service, the tiny Nevada town, located just on the border of Death Valley National Park, . has been abandoned for more than 100 years
