The price tag — and vintage vibes — of a huge house on the real estate market in Oneida, Kentucky, is turning heads on a popular TikTok page.
The six-bedroom, three-bathroom residence, listed for only $295,000, has a hauntingly beautiful interior that matches the vast views on the outside.
“Nestled in the hills of Southeast Kentucky overlooking the Southfork River and the Daniel Boone National Forest serene seclusion awaits on 3.85 (acre) lot,” the listing on Zillow.com says.
“This home was originally built in 1927 for the founder, James Anderson Burns, of the Oneida Baptist Institute better know to the locals as OBI,” the listing continues. “At the base of a Flag Pole you will find a plaque marking the spot of a large Oak Tree that James Burns climbed to plan the location of the OBI Campus.”
Features of the 3,600-square-foot estate include:
Mother-in-law suite
Updated bathrooms

The home caught the attention of “Houses that are Cool,” a popular real estate TikTok page that focuses on unique homes. The creator was struck by the low cost and featured the home (along with other sizable, low cost residences) on a segment titled Bargain Mansions.
“I’ve never seen a roof like this,” the creator said. “I love the cozy feel and the stone.”
While most loved the home, some felt it has a “ghostly” appeal.
“Sounds haunted,” one person commented.
“Um…that one in Kentucky is haunted. A few souls,” another said.
“Cozy with ghosts,” someone suggested.
