TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney shares "face reveal" after Facial Feminisation Surgery

Dylan Mulvaney has taken to TikTok to share a "face reveal" with her 10.5 million followers, after undergoing Facial Feminisation Surgery in December.
"FACIAL FEMINIZATION REVEAL ✔️ #trans #ffs", Mulvaney wrote in the caption of her post, which has racked up over 2.9 million likes.
Facial feminisation surgery encompasses a broad range of procedures to change the shape of the face to look more feminine.
In the clip, Mulvaney unveils her new appearance as she performs a dance to the soundtrack of Swan Lake and later transforms into an old-school Hollywood icon. At the end of the video, Mulvaney turns to the camera and says: "It's so good right?"
"I'm so happy! And it's still me, it's just a little bit of a softer version," she says as she points to her face.
Mulvaney went on: "I just hope that all trans and non-binary people can get the gender affirming resources that they need, because this is life changing and sometimes life saving. So, thank you so much for supporting me!"
In the comments section, fans celebrated Mulvaney's new look and praised her for being so honest and open about her transition. "Now THAT'S a face reveal! So beautiful!" one person comment, as another wrote: "STUNNING!!!! And WHAT A REVEAL!!!!"
"OH MY GOSH YOU LOOK STUNNING!" a third fan replied, with someone else chiming in with, "I’m so proud of you and happy for you."
Other fans compared Mulvaney's new look to that of acting legends Audrey Hepburn and Natalie Portman. "You lowkey look like Audrey Hepburn omg", one fan said, as another added: "Literally you look like Natalie Portman in 2004."
