One of the most explosive playmakers in college football is making the leap to the next level.
Texas A&M running back Devon Achane is leaving school early to declare for the 2023 NFL draft, making his announcement via social media Tuesday evening.
The 5-9, 185-pound junior racked up 1,102 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground this year, adding 36 receptions for 196 yards and three more scores through the air.
After starring for the Aggies, Achane will bring his versatile skill set and big-play ability to the NFL, likely as a mid-round pick next April.
