Tennessee Titans agree to terms with fourth-round pick Chig Okonkwo

The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with fourth-round rookie tight end Chig Okonkwo on a multi-year contract, the team announced Monday.

The 6-foot-3, 238-pound Okonkwo, the 143rd pick in April's NFL draft, had 52 receptions for 447 yards and five touchdowns at Maryland last season, when he was named All-Big Ten honorable mention.

Okonkwo's 4.52-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine topped all tight ends.

The 22-year-old brings young depth to a revamped Titans tight end room led by two-time Pro Bowler Austin Hooper. Tennessee also re-signed veteran Geoff Swaim this offseason.
