Student debt has more than doubled within the last ten years
In what is another sign of the growing crisis around student debt, parents in Illinois are being investigated for transferring guardianship of their teenage children in order for the kids to qualify for financial aid. Student loan debt is the fastest growing household debt category having more than doubled in the last 10-years to 1.5 trillion dollars. Kris Fallon, who is Consumer Bankers Association Vice President of Congressional Affairs, joins 'On the Move' to discuss more.
