The Memphis Grizzlies will be shorthanded facing the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday (7:30 p.m., Bally Sports Southeast). The Mavericks will be a well.

All-Star guard Luka Doncic was ruled out Saturday with ankle soreness as was forward Kristaps Porzingis (left knee contusion) and Willie Cauley-Stein (personal reasons). That means the game won't two of the NBA's brightest stars with Ja Morant also out for the Grizzlies.

Kyle Anderson (back soreness) will miss a second consecutive game for the Grizzlies (12-10) and joins Morant (sprained knee) and Sam Merrill (ankle sprain) on the sidelines. Rookie Ziaire Williams has missed the last two games and is doubtful to play with knee soreness.

Brandon Clarke is also questionable with knee soreness. This is the first time the Grizzlies will face the Mavericks (11-10) this season.
