Southwest Airlines is offering winter flight deals out of John Glenn Columbus International Airport and elsewhere, but flyers need to act fast.

The Dallas-based airline announced the discounts Tuesday, but travelers must book the flights by the end of Thursday. Flights were available in some cities for as little as $29 for a one-way ticket for flights between Nov. 29 and Feb. 15. The period from Dec. 16 to Jan. 9 is excluded, and discounts are not available on Fridays or Sundays.

“We’re making it easier for customers to book their winter getaway with confidence,” said Bill Tierney, vice president of marketing and digital experience at Southwest Airlines.

In Columbus, many destinations were discounted, though above $29. Direct flights to Atlanta, St. Louis or Chicago Midway could be found for $39 while flights to Nashville and Baltimore were available for $49.

Discounted flights can be found at Southwest's "low-fare calendar" website.
