SouthCoast high school scores and highlights from Monday, Feb. 6

Here's a look at the scores and highlights from Monday's high school action on the SouthCoast.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Bishop Stang 68, Westport 60

Sage Baptiste had a double-double with 23 points and 23 rebounds to power the Spartans to their second straight win. Frank Vollaro added 16 points and nine rebounds while Daejon Gibson (six assists) and Gavin Demora had nine points apiece. Stang (7-7) travels to Old Rochester on Friday.

Old Colony 78, Tri-County 60

The Cougars hit seven 3-pointers as a team. Ryan Scott had a team-high 22 points while Max Finney added 19 and Matt McGuiggan chipped in with 18. Scott also had five rebounds, 10 assists, three steals and two blocks while Finney had seven rebounds, four assists, five steals and one block. McGuiggan had two rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block for Old Colony (12-4, 6-0 MAC).

Somerset Berkley 51, Fairhaven 48

The Raiders hit a game-winning 3-pointer with under 2.2 seconds left to pull out the victory. Fairhaven trailed by double digits in the first half before rallying to tie the game late. Hansen Zhao had a team-high 17 points for the Blue Devils while Caden Letendre scored six of his 13 points in the fourth quarter. Isaac Petruski chipped in with nine for the Blue Devils (5-12).

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Old Colony 39, Tri-County 38

Izzy Hougasian led Old Colony with 17 points, connecting on a pair of 3-pointers to lead Old Colony to its third straight win. Hailey Hathaway also knocked down two 3-pointers and finished with eight points. Olivia Perry chipped in with nine points. The Cougars (11-5, 6-2 MAC) will host Bristol-Aggie at 5 p.m. on Wednesday for Senior Night.

Somerset Berkley 52, Fairhaven 32

Maya Medeiros had a team-high 16 points while Tenley Dakin and Brenna Dugan had five points apiece for the Blue Devils (3-12, 3-7 SCC).

BOYS HOCKEY

Dartmouth 6, East/West Bridgewater 4

Aidan Cruz had a hand in five goals, scoring two and assisting on another three to help Dartmouth capture its eighth win of the season. Charlie Camisa, Jake Grieve, Evan Moniz and JT Charrier each had one goal while Charrier and Will Gibson had two assists apiece. Drew Spirlet added an assist. Ashton Machado had 17 saves on 21 shots. Dartmouth (8-5) visits Burrillville, RI on Wednesday.
