The Hotel Lobby's Johnny Lee has released a music video featuring prominent AAPI celebrities in response to the Atlanta shootings and rising cases of anti-Asian violence.

About the video: The music video for "Tonight" contains footage from Stop AAPI Hate rallies as well as Black Lives Matter protests.

  • Lee, a Vietnamese American artist and one-half of the production and DJ duo, hopes his music video "inspires Americans to stand together again," according to a recent press release.

  • The video ends with a call-to-action to report hate crimes. All of its proceeds will be donated to the Stop AAPI Hate website.

Who's involved: Several AAPI celebrities appeared in the music video, such as Lisa Ling and "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" star Simu Liu.

  • Others include Dante Basco, Kevin Kreider, Kelly Hu and Hayden Szeto, who are shown holding signs in support of the #StopAsianHate movement.

  • Liu stated that although there is a long history of Asian discrimination in the U.S., there's also been a history of Asian American activism, and it is "our responsibility to continue that fight and that legacy."
